There has to be at least 30% of overlap.
- Use a tripod.
- Shoot in a RAW format as there is no compression.
- Position your camera horizontally.
- Identify a correct exposure by using Aperture mode. The aperture should be high enough to achieve a sharp picture.
- Check the ISO and shutter speed and check that there are no blown highlights.
- Find your focal distance. That is the distance from the camera sensor to the point you want to focus on the lens and make sure the picture is sharp.
- Change the camera to Manual mode and use these settings.
- Finally, choose the white balance and use the same for each picture.
